To use a gift voucher:

Select the date of your course type you wish to partake on and enter into your basket.

Proceed from the basket to the checkout, ignore the 'enter a promo code' feature.
- Click on the 'Redeem a gift card' button and enter your code.
- be sure to check capitals, ensure there are no spaces and zeros are all correct.
- You will receive a confirmation via email of your purchase and your gift card will now be spent.
- If you are struggling with redeeming your gift voucher please get in contact with the code, the date you wish to attend, and what course.
Other information
Vouchers are not available for one-off or selected courses, only the courses above are guaranteed to run multiple times in the year. If you wish to enquire about a one -off or a selected course booking but cant make the date please get in contact to register your interest!
Your email will be stored and you will be notified when new course dates are announced.
Voucher holders are often contacted first to offer a space on a new course date by email or phone, this does not mean we will save you a place.
Yes you can use your voucher on another course, just pay the difference,
Please make us aware where possible ahead of time that you would like to use the voucher for a different course than what as been selected for you. So that we know what is more in demand and what courses need more dates. However we cannot offer partial refunds on gift vouchers.
