To use a gift voucher:

1. Select the date of your course you wish to partake on and enter into your basket.

2. Proceed from the basket to the checkout, ignore the 'enter a promo code' feature.

3. Click on the 'Redeem a gift card' button and enter your code.
4. Be sure to check capitals, ensure there are no spaces and zeros are all correct.​​
5. You will receive a confirmation via email of your purchase and your gift card will now be spent. 
6. If you are struggling with redeeming your gift voucher please get in contact with the code, the date you wish to attend, and what course.

Vouchers have a 1 year lifespan until expiry.

• Vouchers can be used on any course we run, however, we cannot refund the difference if you choose a lower value course than your voucher value.

• It is down to the voucher holder to spend the voucher within a year of its purchase date. (The course booked could be further away than a year but the voucher code must be spent before).

• ​Please get in touch if you're waiting for a place on a particular course to spend your voucher so we can best advise if we have space or will be running another course of that type before your voucher expires.​

• Please get in contact with any questions or queries regarding courses, group bookings or to use multiple vouchers at once.

• Please check junk and spam folders for voucher emails, store your code safely and inform us if you do not receive your code when expected.
