We will then move onto a chef’s spatula or cake slice before we take a break for lunch. After lunch we will move on to our signature coffee scoop where we will learn texturing or ‘planishing’ as it’s called to create a beautiful texture on your scoops. Throughout the day you will learn forging, riveting and texturing to make one-of-a-kind kitchenware to last ... well, forever!
