These courses do involve an element of risk of injury. working with hot steel and tools can never be 100% safe, to take part in a bills workshop course you must acknowledge and agree to this danger. although we do pride our health and safety in the forge as well as fully necessary PPE, accidents can happen. Refunds if you have purchased a course but would like to cancel then please get in touch, if its 6 weeks or more before your course date then you will receive a 95% refund (or 90% for a private course) as transaction fees are deducted before the payment reaches our bank meaning these funds we never receive and therefore cannot refund the full value. if you wish to cancel a course within 6 weeks of the course then refunds are not possible as materials, time and resources have already gone into making the day possible. if you wish to 'change a date' for our courses or swap the person taking part then these are subject to availability and may incur additional admiration fees. Cancellations: Cancellations from or side do occasionally happen, these can be due to: -weather conditions (if stormy there is a strong chance we will cancel if we believe conditions may be dangerous in the woodland forge) these ca be very last minuet however we will always do our best to inform you of this possibility in advance -Illness, Unfortunately illness is something we all get every now and then. In the unfortunate case that your course is cancelled due to staff illness we will work with you to re-arrange your booking -lack off bookings, as a small company we need our courses to be more than 50% full to make them viable to run. We may inform you of this cancellation with up to 7 days notice before the course. Please get i touch or check the website to see weather your course will run, if the date is out of stock then it will be going ahead. If it is not out of stock you can always get in touch to see weather it will be or not. In either case your course will be re-located to the next available course date you can make or we will work with you to find an available date or solution, we recommend if you are travelling large distances to join to book accommodation with free cancelation.
